So the wolf (aka – deceiver, serpent), Ed Young, takes some time to scam people in the middle of a service to fill a form out with their checking account and routing number and put it in the offering plate towards their tithe. If you don’t have time to watch the video I already pointed out the ridiculous, insane, abusive comments from this Ed Young scam.
Here’s what Ed Says,
– “Bringing your FIRST to God is all about the automatic withdrawal.”
– “We have security cameras” [to watch you].
– “How do you expect to show up here [in church] and expect a blessing? you are wasting your time and God’s time”
– “Over and above the tithe is generosity” (as if tithing is a duty, and you are not even considered generous until you reach this mark)
– “Christian Schools, Missionary organizations, a person who works in ministry is not the Church”. (I didn’t realize that the saints of God are not the Church)
– “Praying about tithing is really a dumb prayer. You don’t have to pray about tithing”

I find it amazing after watching the clip that even though people were (Christians) walking out he started to bash them from the pulpit. Also look how easy people are dooped! Talk about blind leading the blind! I get mixed emotions sad for the lost people that were ignorant of God’s Word and angered that someone had the guts to actually do this. He never gave any scriptures backing anything up as a pastor the WOrd comes FIRST! I believe their needs to be a cleansing from the old school teachings as technology has advanced and the study of His WOrd is ready available for those seeking to be true followers of Christ to imitate His model of living life. May God help us to equip those that lack understanding of the truth and give us courage to take the truth out into our daily lives as well as into places like this “church”. OH and the building is NOT the church we TRUE Christians are the REAL church and the TEmple! Shalom to you my friend as you get the Truth out!

Tithing is False Teachings…those who teach tithing are false teachers and I need to say that with a face value on Biblical perspective.

When you have very high overhead such as a 20,000 plus electric bill montly and who know what else and a bad economy it can make a person do desperate things and teach a theology thats not bliblical rather than trust the Lord, I pray he sees the error of his ways and gets out from under the law and frees his flock from this bondage. We must know the word for ourselves there is no excuse not to know the word with all our technology such as Biblesoft, etc. We need to take responsibility for what we listen to and check out if what someone is teaching is truth or error, I know that there is a mixture in the Church of old and New Covenant teachings and it’s not always easy for one to see this mixture, but God said He would rather have us be hot or cold (all faith/grace or all law) not lukewarm (a mixture of law and grace).
Then why does he come out “on-stage” in a brand new beautiful sedan ?!?!? Ykno?

My family attended this church in 2002-2004. We left because we could see this was all a scam. Also you can see by the theatrics and stage presentation. That costs a lot of money. I know since I am in the show business. Also, the big turnoff was when he went and preached from the tweeter store and showed their trip to new york where they went shipping. What happenEd to giving to the lessfortunate or our troops families
I’m not the one to judge, from what I understand the Lord “is” the judge and the final judge! His preaching methods are uncomfortable to listen to by in which is a turn off. So that being he will never see a dime from earnings!
