I don’t think anyone will say that a requirement to be a Christian is to Tithe. I give 10% most Sundays at my Christian Church

tithes are useful – indicator of crporate religion, sake oil, chronyism.

the feeble-mined, desperate will gravitate to such, buying their place with God, for a modest sum.

The tithe is required under the Law for anyone who is living according to the Law, Numbers 27:30-34. As a Christian, I know the Law was fulfilled and the New Covenant began the second Jesus, the Messiah, was crucified on the tree. Matthew 27:50, Mark 15:37, Luke 23:46, Hebrews 9:15-17. Therefore I follow 2nd Corinthians 9:6-9
